New Year's Greetings from Evidence in Science Publishing House: Steady Strides Farewell the Old Year, Full Sail Ahead Embark on a New Journey
Jan 01,2026

As time progresses and splendid chapters renew, upon the occasion of the 2026 New Year's Day, we joyfully celebrate the commencement of the Year of the Horse. All colleagues of Evidence in Science Publishing House extend our most sincere holiday greetings and best New Year wishes to the authors, readers, peer reviewers, and academic community who have long cared for and supported our publishing house's development! May everyone in the new year enjoy family harmony and prosperity, enduring happiness and health, refined research, and bountiful achievements.

Looking back on 2025, upholding our purpose of "Seeking Truth through Evidence, Disseminating Excellence," we have striven alongside fellow members of the academic community to jointly promote the accumulation and innovation of knowledge. Evidence in Earth Science focused on major issues such as global change, resources and energy, and disaster prevention and mitigation, publishing a series of cutting-edge findings based on solid observations and models, contributing critical evidence for understanding and protecting our shared blue planet. Evidence in East Asian Humanities and Arts delved deeply into regional studies from the perspective of civilizational exchange, vividly elucidating the profound historical context and rich diversity of artistic creation in East Asia through rigorous evidence from documents, images, and material culture, aiding the contemporary inheritance of humanistic spirit. Evidence in Engineering Science and Practice closely aligned with national major needs and industrial technological innovation, emphasizing the construction of evidence chains from laboratory discovery to engineering application. It published numerous innovative studies addressing complex engineering challenges and driving industrial upgrading, witnessing the solid steps of translating science and technology into productivity. Advancing together, each journal showcasing its strengths, they have collectively built an interdisciplinary platform for evidence exchange connecting natural sciences, humanities and social sciences, and engineering technology. Their academic influence and social benefits achieved significant enhancement over the past year.

Looking forward to 2026, a new beginning unfolds, brimming with vitality. The Year of the Horse symbolizes the pioneering spirit of galloping forward relentlessly. Evidence in Science Publishing House will build upon past achievements and innovate for the future: First, we will continue to enhance the academic quality of our journals and publishing service standards, strictly adhere to publishing ethics, optimize the peer-review process, and accelerate the pace of knowledge dissemination. Second, we will actively respond to the issues of our time, encouraging interdisciplinary research, particularly focusing on evidence integration and theoretical breakthroughs in areas such as sustainable development, AI empowerment, and civilizational inheritance and development. Third, we will deepen international exchanges and cooperation, broaden academic horizons, and strive to develop the three journals into academic highlands with greater international visibility. We look forward to continuing our partnership with outstanding talents from the global academic community. Through even higher-quality academic publishing, we aim to record every solid footprint of research exploration and witness every significant expansion of the boundaries of human understanding.

The old year has already unfolded a thousand layers of splendor; the new year calls for scaling another hundred feet higher. Let us carry reverence for truth, thirst for innovation, and passion for the academic community as we together steer the steed of our times towards the hopeful and evidence-rich year of 2026!

Wishing everyone a
Happy New Year and auspicious Year of the Horse!
